Kelly has been in the automotive and RV industry since the 1980’S.  Kelly started his career washing cars and worked his way from lot boy to sales where Kelly was an award winning salesperson with a proven track record of success.  From sales Kelly was promoted to F&I where he worked at one of the largest dealerships in the country.   Then he worked his way to Used Car Manager, New Car Manager, General Sales Manager, General Manager and Dealer Principal.  Kelly also spent numerous years as a GM of a RV dealership and has a complete understanding of the differences between the industries.

Kelly’s company The Kelly O’Connell Group Inc. doesn’t just advise Dealers, Managers, Salespeople and Manufacturers on how to achieve.  He actually works directly with them and shows them how to attain their goals.
